Entrances |
Decorative or practical entrances draw attention to the desired entrance. If the entrance canopy is sufficiently large then the entrance canopy extends the crossing area in which people move past each other giving practical protection as the doors are negotiated. Well designed entrances reduce the effect of the outside weather inside the building and protect the doors and clearly the entrance becomes a focus from a distance |  |

Canopies |
Canopies extend the use of adjacent rooms, classrooms without being exposed to the full range of elements. Canopies are practical to allow passage between zones without additional clothing and preparation and reduces the effect of the weather on adjacent rooms. It is practical to equip the canopy with Street furniture enhancing both the canopy's and the Street furniture's use. |

Walkways |
Walkways externally link adjacent buildings reducing pedestrian traffic by giving alternatives to primary internal corridors. Walkways are at their most practical when the weather is inclement but walkways also offering the benefits of a canopy if selectively enlarged. Walkways are often considered as an alternative to two or three adjacent entrances in any geometry. |  |

| Shelters | Shelters offer practical storage outside of the main building placed adjacent to building access routes. shelter types include cycle shelters, buggy shelters, smoking shelters, sports shelters, motorcycle shelters, often including practical secure gated zones and lockers which reduces the amount of property which has to be taken into the building. School canopies and walkways |

We will then design and confirm these details in a drawing with an accompanying no obligation quotation.Specific environmental factors are also best discussed on site. Every canopy can be design to maximize or minimize factors such as light, heat and exposure to the wind.
